MaxFlight Corp.'s FS2000 flight simulators are powering a new attraction inside the Technologies Hall of New York City's Intrepid Sea, Air, Space Museum. The museum is housed in the U.S. Navy's decommissioned aircraft carrier Intrepid, which is berthed at historic Pier 86 on the Hudson River and is home to many stunning exhibits and special events throughout the year. Intrepid is the world's largest floating museum. MaxFlight's FS2000 simulators are as close to the real thing as you can get, and anyone can fly these two brand-new F-16 Falcons. The simulators are part of the "G Force Encounter" in the Virtual Flight Zone. FS2000 riders can pilot their craft through complete 360-degree loops and rolls; every bank, dive, and spiral can be viewed through the virtual sky-scape seen on a 58-inch cockpit screen as it happens.
